5  Sept  BLACK PARK OPEN DAY
 Black park model boat club are having an open day on the 5th of September. Buckinghanshire County Council  have once again allowed a model boat open day to be held on the lake at black park country park near Slough,  The country park has plenty of  space, woodland walks,  cafe &  toilets and facilities for the disabled including 'electric scooter hire'. All manner of models will be on display- and there will be an oppotunity for models to be run on the lake throughout the day. ( sadly due to local bylaws no IC models can be run ). all steam models need to have the relevant certs if run on the lake, the council is providing the 3rd party insurance for exhibitiors,  anyone wishing to join us for this informal  and non competative open day can do so,  for more details on where we are see www.blackparkmodeboatclub.co.uk  pay and display Parking ( 2£ per day)  is a 2 minute walk from the lakeside. all displays are outdoors and can we ask you to please supply your own display tables thank you.
